REFUND POLICIES

All refunds without exception will be made on store credit and less any applicable charges.

Our guarantee lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since Your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging without any damage, if the packaging becomes damaged it will cost $ 30 pesos.

Additional non-returnable products:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed:

-in online purchases (web, Instagram, etc.) the refund no matter the situation will be partial with the following discounts upon refund:

-Payment provider fee: 4%

-Service charge: $ 50 (use of personnel that is not of service to the general client and resources spent)

-Tax charge: 30%

-Returns (an extra $ 150 will be deducted for the payment of packages)

- Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control 10% additional charge.


-Any item that is returned more than 15 days after shipment 10% additional.

CROSS SALES

A cross sale is when a payment is made for a product and it is crossed with another sale of the same unique item.

that is why it is recommended that you verify the existence before making your final payment.

in case of reimbursement for cross sales, only the tax charge of 30% will apply

and in case the product is wanted, it will be sent within a period of no more than 30 business days.

That is why from the moment it is purchased it is assumed that the consumer is informed and accepts our service, refund, shipping, etc. policies.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied in the form of store credits that will have an expiration date of 365 days.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged as the offer removes all warranty.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged at the factory and that the customer can verify that it was. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to formation.gto@gmail.com and send the item to: Calle San Jorge 504 col. San Jorge, Leon, GUA, 37289, Mexico.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return minus $ 150 shipping. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a store credit refund to the buyer and they will know of your resolution.


Shipment
To return your product, you must send them to: calle: San Jorge # 504, leon, GUA, 37289, Mexico.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item and the resending of any item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive the refund in store credits, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 100 Mexican pesos, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
